About

My
Story
My name is Jake, and serving my community has been the foundation of my career for years.
For more than 20 years as a Firefighter and over 15 as a Paramedic, my job has been simple, show up when people need help and make sure they are safe. Throughout my career in public safety, I've seen firsthand how important it is to understand the condition of the buildings where people live and work.
Over the last 10 years, I've also been responsible for conduction fire inspections throughout my community. Inspecting multifamily housing, restaurants, mercantile buildings and commercial.
Through thousands of calls and inspections, I've developed a trained eye for how buildings and homes function and where issues commonly develop.
Most homeowners only learn about problems after something has already gone wrong, whether it's during a fire response, a medical emergency, or a system failure.
My goal is to help homeowners, buyers, and sellers understand their property before a problem arises. A home inspections is NOT about passing or failing a house. It's about giving you clear information so you can make confident decisions about your investment.
I will approach my home inspections the same way I approach my public safety career, with care, honesty, and your best interests in mind.
